HCG Weight Loss- Part 4

30 - 40 days HCG weight loss plan

Phase 0 - detox phase with 7 days liver detox.

Phase 1 - loading phase is first 2 days. Start HCG injections or sublingual drops and consume foods rich in healthy fats.

Phase 2 - weight loss phase - Day 3-23. Continue HCG injections or sublingual drops. Start very low calorie diet ( low to zero carbohydrates and fats , protein rich 500 calorie diet )

Phase 3 - maintenance phase - Days 24-26. Stop HCG injection. The HCG will last in body for up to 3 days. Continue very low calorie food plan but increase to 800 calories per day.

Phase 4 - Days 27-48. Increase daily calories to 1200-1400 but avoid sugars and starches

Phase 5 - Days 49-70. Slowly add sugars and starches back into your diet.
