HCG Weight Loss - Part 5

HCG and traveling

If you are travelling while you are on HCG shots, please let your healthcare provider know. We will give you a note that will allow you to fly with your medicine. If you are using HCG injections, use insulin cooling bags to keep the HCG.

HCG for diabetics

HCG weight loss plan is a perfect choice for the diabetic patients. It allows them to eat at regular intervals. No sugars or carbohydrates are allowed but stevia can be used for taste. It helps break the cycle of insulin resistance and weight gain. A diabetic person will not feel hungry or weak as 1500-2000 calories per day are released from the fat cells during HCG plan.

It is very important to :

HCG and menstrual cycle

HCG should be started after you finish the menstrual cycle. If your period starts while on HCG, I will suggest to hold HCG for 3-4 days and continue the 500 calorie diet.  You may retain water and it may show as no weight loss, but once you get rid of extra fluid, you will notice it.

HCG and exercise

During phase 2, a low impact lower intensity workout is recommended, for example, walking, stretching, yoga and swimming. This is a great way to increase circulation, and carefully raise metabolism as well as getting those endorphins which have impressive weight loss benefits.

During phase 3 and 4, strength training and cardio is advised to help prevent weight gain.
